The biggest challenge a small business faces is pricing it's service.  There has to be a relationship between the cost of doing business and the price charged to the consumer or the business will fail.  In order to attract highly qualified personnel, we offer good wages, which is a cost of doing business.  Our prices are not the cheapest and certainly not the highest.  Price-wise we probably fall in the middle.  What we offer is VALUE in our service with qualified techs at reasonable prices.

Flat rate prices ensure repair prices are consistent and competitively priced.  Our prices for repairs are quoted up front to eliminate the worry of a surprisingly high repair bill.

Flat Rate Pricing

• $39 Service Call plus repairs
• Diagnostic charge of $40 if repairs are not made
• All repairs are quoted or price looked up in the flat rate book
• Eliminates the fear of technicians running up the bill by
working slowly (or having a bad day)
• Extended 1 year warranty on parts installed
• Extended 1 year warranty on labor to perform that repair

Service Membership Specials

• $29.95 per month pays for free repairs all year long, and we come out and service your system in the spring and the fall.  This membership guarantees same day service. Also, any unused dues can be applied toward a new system.  Service guaranteed same day.
  
• $11.95 per month pays for your Heater Safety Check in October and your Air Conditioning Tune Up in April, also you get 25% off subsequent repairs. Service timely most of the year but guaranteed within 48 hours.

Service Specials

• Service Call $29 - www.dictionary.com defines a service call as "a trip made by a repairman to visit the location of something in need of service."  
  To get a truck and technician to your house, it costs us about $30.
  
• A/C Checkup $49 includes the Service Call and checking your air conditioner to find things that are broken, things that are weak and might break soon, or things that cause high electric bills.  We will make a list of recommended repairs and share it with you, at which time you can make a decision to make those repairs or take a chance that it might break down on the hottest day of the year (it always happens like that, right?), and we are covered up with work and can't get to you for three days, which prompts you to call someone you don't trust and take a chance of being ripped by someone you don't know.
  
• A/C Tune Up $69* includes fully servicing the outdoor unit, inspecting all components, checking freon charge, checking electrical characteristics, checking temperature rise, and washing coil if needed.
  
• Pre-season Heater safety check $59* includes inspecting pilot, burners, high limits, inducer fan, combustion air, flue vent, thermostat, line volt wiring, control volt wiring, heat exchanger, heat relays, air temperature rise, and all other add-on components present.  October and November.

• 3 ton AC as low as $1250
• 3 ton TRANE outdoor unit replacement for $1750 *
• 3 ton/10kw TRANE heat/ac equipment replacement for $3250 *
