$29 Service Call:  That’s right, only $29 for the service call plus parts and labor. (cities outside Arlington, Grand Prairie, Kennedale, and Mansfield are subject to a fuel surcharge).

 

$49 AC Check:  Pays for us to come out (see above) and checking your AC to find out what's wrong with it.

 

$69 AC Tune up:  We do a 29 point check of your system that provides us with information as to which components need to be replaced or are showing signs of wear.  We can then analyze the  benefits of having a well oiled machine.  Also, we check and clean the condenser coil and make sure the Freon charge is accurate in order to make sure the AC performs to peak efficiency.

 

$1250 3-ton AC:  We will install a brand new 3-ton, 10-seer air conditioner with a 5-year mfgr’s warranty, on your Freon pipes, concrete slab, and wires. (Price subject to change.  Limited availability.)

 

$3250 3-ton Trane System:  Trane 13-seer AC and Trane Air Handler installed on your closet, pipes, ducts, and wires.  

Add $250 for gas heater.  Mfgr's Warranty: 10-years.

 

$2750 3-ton Complete System:  13-seer AC and Air Handler installed on your closet, pipes, ducts, and wires.
