An Annual Service Agreement is a scheduled program of Planned Preventive Maintenance which includes:

• Analysis
• Adjustment
• Lubrication
• Cleaning
• and Priority Service

We provide you with two complete maintenance calls, on the fall and another in the spring.

Our FALL HEATING SAFETY CHECK will include:

• Check heating safety relays
• Check heat exchanger
• Check and adjust burners
• Oil blower motor (where accessible)
• Adjust belt
• Check fan and limit switch
• Inspect electric connections
• Check heat anticipator
• Check heat strips
In the SPRING it will prepare your system for the summer.
• Thoroughly check & clean condensing unit coils
• Oil outdoor fan motor
• Inspect and adjust drive belts
• Precisely check refrigerant charge using the very accurate super heat method
• Clean or replace filter that you provide
• Level and secure thermostat on wall where needed
• Check safety controls where applicable
• Check clearances to insure proper airflow and cooling of condensing unit
• Check all electrical connections
